Remake / Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to Diezrsports.


Eligible Remake Situations


A remake or replacement may be offered when:

> Products differ substantially from approved artwork.
> Incorrect sizes are manufactured compared to the approved order sheet.
> Printing, embroidery, or manufacturing defects are verified.

Claim Requirements


Customers must:

> Notify Diezrsports within 7 days of delivery.
> Provide clear photographs and supporting evidence.
> Retain all products until the claim is reviewed.


Exclusions


Remakes will not be provided for:

> Customer-approved artwork errors.
> Normal manufacturing tolerances.
> Minor color variations.
> Damage caused after delivery.

Diezrsports reserves the right to determine whether a remake, repair, replacement, partial credit, or alternative solution is appropriate.
