All products manufactured by Diezrsports are custom-made according to customer specifications.
General Policy
Because all products are customized, refunds are generally not available once production has begun.
Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered if:
- Diezrsports is unable to manufacture the approved order.
- An order is canceled before materials are purchased and production begins.
- A verified manufacturing error is solely caused by Diezrsports.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Approved artwork containing customer-approved mistakes.
- Minor color variations due to screen and printing differences.
- Delays caused by customs, weather, carriers, or force majeure events.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible.
