Customer Responsibility
Customers represent and warrant that they own or have authorization to use all logos, trademarks, graphics, names, and designs submitted to Diezrsports.
Manufacturing Authorization
By submitting artwork, customers authorize Diezrsports to manufacture products using the supplied designs.
Infringement
Diezrsports reserves the right to reject any order that may infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diezrsports against claims arising from unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrights, logos, or protected designs.
Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Diezrsports may photograph and display completed products for marketing, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
